2. Product Application & Technical Liability

Our advanced ceramic products (including high-purity alumina crucibles and saggars) are manufactured via precision slip-casting for specific industrial, university, and laboratory applications.

  • User Competence: Buyers acknowledge that handling high-temperature ceramics requires professional technical knowledge. You are solely responsible for ensuring our products are suitable for your specific furnaces, chemical fluxes, and thermal profiles.
  • Operational Compliance: Users must strictly adhere to our published Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including but not limited to the maximum recommended heating/cooling ramp rate of 5°C per minute and mandatory pre-use moisture bake-out.
  • Exclusion of Consequential Damages: Under no circumstances shall Nanjing Yanyun Technology Co., Ltd., our directors, officers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from product failure. This includes, but is not limited to, lost research data, contaminated laboratory samples, damaged high-temperature furnaces, or business interruption, even if caused by a manufacturing defect.

3. Online Retail & B2B Procurement

  • Online Sample Packs: Items purchased directly through our online checkout are standardized configurations intended for R&D testing and small-batch processing.
  • Bulk & Custom Orders: Inquiries submitted via our “Request a Quote” form for bulk quantities (>50 pieces) or customized dimensions will be processed offline via Proforma Invoices (PI). Such transactions may be executed by either Nanjing Yanyun Technology Co., Ltd. or our affiliated manufacturing base, Yixing Yanyun New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., depending on the specific export routing and institutional vendor compliance requirements.

4. Pricing, Billing, and Account Information

  • Currency & Taxes: All prices displayed on the website are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude shipping costs, import duties, and local taxes. The buyer acts as the Importer of Record and is fully responsible for all customs duties, VAT, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
  • Payment Gateways: Online purchases are securely processed via third-party gateways (e.g., PayPal). We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per laboratory, or per order if we suspect fraudulent activity or non-compliance with international trade regulations.

5. Accuracy of Technical Specifications

We strive to ensure all material compositions (e.g., 99.2% – 99.4% Al2O3), dimensions, and tolerances are accurately represented. However, due to the extreme high-temperature densification process of technical ceramics, minor dimensional variations (shrinkage tolerances) are inherent to the manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect.

6. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate B2B agreements whereby we provide you Services or Products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising out of online retail transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China.
